• Vacuum and mope the floor.
• Clean baseboard.

Bedrooms:
• Vacuum and mop the floor.
• Cleaning of baseboards, moldings, and doors.
• Clean behind and under furniture (if possible
• Closet cleaning: vacuum, clean doors and handles.
• Dust lamps, nightstands.
• Clean and disinfect switches and outlets.
• Change bedding (if clean bedding is left).

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect the bathtub, shower, sink, toilet.
• Clean and descale faucets and showers. (If its possible with all our chemicals).
• Clean and disinfect switches and outlets. Deep cleaning of tiles and grout.
• Dust and clean shelves and decorative objects.

Entryway and Hallways:

• Vacuum and mop.
• Cleaning of baseboards, moldings, and doors.
• Clean and polish mirrors and other decorative elements.
• Cleaning of smudges and stains on walls and doors.
• Clean and disinfect switches and outlets.

All other common areas:

• Organize cushions.

• Dust all decorations .

• Dust all tables and clean with spray.

• Dust and clean sofas, chairs, and other. furniture.

• Cleaning of doors, handles, and moldings.

• Dust and clean shelves and furniture, removing objects.

• Cleaning mirrors.

• Clean and disinfect switches and outlets.

• Remove trash and clean from outside trash cans.

• Vacuum and mop.

Kitchen:
• Clean and disinfect countertops and surfaces.
• Clean the interior and exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.).
• Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet.
• Clean the interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers.
• Clean the extractor and clean the filter if necessary.
• Disinfection of frequently handled areas (handles, switches).
• Vacuum and mop the floor.
• Clean windows sills.

Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect the shower/tub, including tiles and grout.
• Clean and disinfect the sink and toilet.
• Clean windows sills.
• Clean the interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and countertops.
• Clean mirror.
• Vacuum and mop the floor.

Bedrooms:

• Clean and dust surfaces, including shelves and moldings.
• Clean the inside of closets and wardrobes.
• Clean lamps, fans, and other fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.

Other Areas:

• Clean and dust surfaces in hallways and stairs.
• Clean laundry room, including interior and exterior of washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR (if applicable):
Sweeping and mopping balconies or terraces.

GENERAL:
• Cleaning doors and handles.
• Cleaning of switches and sockets.
• Cleaning of walls and baseboards.
• Removing cobwebs from ceilings and corners.
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors and corners.
• Make sure all trash has been removed from the property (if the trash not after construction).
